The Penelope Red Mint Regency Blouse and Venus Skirt
The Penelope Red Mint Regency Blouse and Venus Skirt is part of "The Venus, Penelope and Jane Collection", inspired by two of my favourite things; "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli and Jane Austen novels and movies.
The Venus Skirt has been handmade from two contrasting fabrics- an apricot cotton elastane is used on the waistband and T-bar panel, while a printed cotton elastane is used on the main body of the skirt, where large pleats are made across the hip area. The T-bar creates the illusion of length, and the darker print around your hips is a more flattering line.
