The Penelope Red Empire Grey Pleated Blouse is part of "The Venus, Penelope and Jane Collection", inspired by two of my favourite things; "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli and Jane Austen novels and movies.
The Empire Grey Pleated Blouse is handmade from a lovely steel grey cotton/polyester blend. It has this unique texture- almost like seer sucker. A beautiful, vintage, hand crocheted floral trim has been added to the underbust seam.
